This website did appear #1 to #3 in Google and Bing searches back in 2011 to 2014 when it was being used as an extra website by one of my previous clients - Yardsmith. Craig has recently sold Yardsmith.

Rental Fee & Money Back Guarantee:
The cost to rent this website is (TBD) for the season. If you don't generate a minimum of (TBD) between the time you rent it and April 15th, I'll immediately refund 100% of your rental fee. Yes. I have that much confidence about this website and domain name.
Next Step For Renting Website:
The cost of (TBD) is due in advance of changes being made to website. Changes will be made starting the following day payment is received. I accept all forms of credit and debit cards as well as cash. I do not accept personal checks, but will accept a company check. There is a $55 check return fee if sufficient funds are not available in your account. When paying via credit or debit (I invoice via my PayPal Merchant Account or take your card information over the phone using PayPal Virtual Terminal) there will be an additional fee of 3.5%.
